Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days (Cancellation Period). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless required by law.

Please note that you may lose your right to a refund if you used the Products of Services during the Cancellation Period.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes gift cards and downloadable products such as documents or software.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to you via the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow no less than 14 days for any refund to be processed and sent back to you.
